A birthday cake

This one was of my first cakes I attempted to do it was for my daughter Zoe's third birthday. She was a huge Tinkerbell fan and she adored this cake. I think for my first it turned out very well. I will say I was a nervous mess the whole time I was baking and designing the cake.

A little hello from me

Welcome to Baking Diva Dani. I am a wife and a mother of two lovely children, who also has a passion for all things baking. I am not going to say that I am professional, but I learn as I go and I definitely have a knack for it. My mother was a professional baker and I have sort of followed in her footsteps. Unfortunately she passed away to early in life and did not get to teach me all of her secrets; so I am determined to learn on my own and go as far as I can. My dream is to one day own my very own bakery. So there is a little bit about me!
